Annealing Furnaces, Industrial Annealing Furnaces, Muffel Annealing Furnaces manufactured by us have a stainless steel muffle heated by state of the art high efficiency heaters that ensure that the complete muffle has the same temperature gradient. The insulation material used in the furnace is of low thermal mass ceramic blankets that ensures high efficiency of insulation. The furnace is under nitrogen inert atmosphere . Thus ensuring that the material being annealed is always oxide free. The heaters are controlled by a PID controller ensuring the complete soaking of the material for proper annealing. The furnace manufactured by us are according to client’s requirements . We manufacture annealing furnace upto 320 x 500 x 1220mm.
