Straightening Machines

The straightening machine, tube straightening machine, hydraulic straightening machine have a high level resistance. The roller profile is hyperbolic, designed in advanced designing software. The material of the roller is alloy steel, hardened, grinded and polished. Each top roller and bottom roller is driven with two identical electrical motors connected with gear box pulleys through V belts. The machine is provided with a built – in indicator and locking facility for horizontal upward and down ward movement.
